At the turn of 2020, Guarniflon Spa finalized major acquisitions, all related to the composites industry, first the Italian company PATI and subsequently the leading UK sales organization Vac Innovation Ltd.. These acquisitions allowed the company to penetrate new market segments and also created new opportunities in terms of product availability in customized solutions. This led to the creation of a dedicated organization, Kit Solutions Srl, specializing in the production of customized kits for the composites industry, specifically tailored to the customer's specific needs and capable of optimizing processes, resulting in greater production efficiency. Along with the production offering, the range of products and materials marketed, all related to the composites sector, completes the one-stop shop approach.
